Working with Lalamove for 6 months has been a great journey so far in my professional career path as a human resource practitioner. The team, with guidance from my manager, provides me appropriate technical skills that are relevant to fully perform my role and to contribute on the vision of the company. If I will be asked of one thing that I learned for the past 6 months, that would be embodying grit in everything I do. I have encountered challenges that were new to me and there were times when I thought that were no solutions to these problems. However, I keep reminding myself about my purpose in the organization and through this, I was able to develop solutions that are appropriate and relevant to the problems. Lalamove Philippines is indeed “More than Just Delivery.” I am grateful to be part of a team where I can hone my skills as an HR professional while contributing to the overall goals of the organization. Painting the town orange is not easy but definitely possible!
